The Vocal Zapper reduces or removes the vocal singing from any music. The volume of the frequency range of the vocal singing voice is reduced from recorded music to create your own music backing tracks and karaoke style backing tracks.

The Alesis Vocal Zapper has 16 vocal settings to precisely reduce the vocal singing voice from CD's, MP3s or any audio music source. The 16 vocal reducing or voice removal algorithms significantly reduce the singing voice and depending on the mix of the music, sometimes the vocals can be removed completely.

The Alesis Vocal Zapper cannot guarantee to remove all vocal singing. In most music it will significantly reduce the vocals, allowing you to sing over the music backing track.
