PA speaker stand adaptor to hold two speakers. This metal T bar tube fits on top of a standard 35mm speaker stand or speaker satellite pole and the width between the two speaker mounting poles is adjustable.

With the T-Bar stand adaptor you can fit two speakers and rotate them into the desired position.
